ORDER

  • Price shown is USD$.

  • Select product, pick the color and size.

  • Choose "Request" tab if would like to make in favorite color, lace changes, lace/embellishment/train/design add-on, cut short train, Fill in "Design & Color" or "Volume of embellishment" if none of selection at "Request" tab. Please be noticed that there will be extra charges for any changes of origin design.

  • Submit the order, fill in information to calculate the shipping fee.

  • Make the payment via Paypal (International) or Banking (Malaysia) before check out.

  • Gently wait for final confirmation email regarding your order.

  • Item will only proceed to tailor make upon full payment done.

  • Order will process on the next day after pre-order date closed.

  • Allow us 45 working days to fully complete the order.

  • Contact our team for lower rate if more than 6 pieces per design or bulk order. (Included bridemaids dress order)

  • Any priority order, please contact our team via email or website contact form.

Design & Color

PROMO CODE

  • Only ONE promo code for ONE order.

  • Promo Code should be entered during the checkout process to be valid.

  • Failure to key-in during checkout is not allowed to request and add manually.

  • Promo code is invalid for promotion item and discounted item.

  • Attempting to add promo after checkout with payment will not be honored.

DESIGN & COLOR

  • Understand that every design we create is unique, therefore way to lace applique and design of lace must be different with sample and other customers.

  • Changes of design, different color and size not in selection list will charge extra on total amount of single item.

  • Volume of design, quality of material, color of order piece, embellishment are fixed upon order confirmed.

  • NO CHANGES of design,color and size after payment made.

  • Allow to upgrade of the quality of material or add-on volume of embellishment not later than 5 working days after the order has been confirmed with payment.

  • Extra charges apply if request upgrade/add-on/reduce volume of design/changes of material or miscellaneous.

  • EXTRA charge on amount of dress to make to measurement.

  • Be understand, EXTRA charge each X up size. For example, XL = +10% ; XXL = +20%

  • Consultation fee or second design that asks for changes will be applied to total amount of bill.

  • Include the height of heels during measurement for the total length of dress.

  • Mention at order column/message tab if want to request longer or shorter length. 

  • No extra charges for longer length that not exceed more than 5 inches / 12.5cm.

Made-to-measurement

Our team will contact you via email for the measurement instruction and form within 1-2 working days after order been submitted.

  • A full payment is requested upon submission of order.

  • Guidance to make payment is attached before submit the final order.

  • We only accept payment via Paypal (International) & Banking (Malaysia).

CANCELLATION

  • NO cancellation of order after payment made.

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds, returns or exchanges either cash or other terms.

  •  We reserve the right, however, to provide you with a refund and/or a credit if we deem, in our sole discretion, unable to get exact color/material had agreed.

  • Above shown is based on one dress weight less than 3kg, the shipping cost charge according calculation system.

  • Consult our team before select the country if there's none of selection. 

  • Estimated arrival is rough estimation by courier company, it may takes longer time to arrive due to over-sized of parcel, origin or destination custom checking.

  • Tax has to be paid by customer if destination custom charge on.

  • We do not bear for second shipping if mistaken caused by customer, shipping information is wrong/parcel return due to never receive and pick up/rejection because of unable to clear custom tax.

Fitting & Alteration

FITTING & ALTERATION

  • Client can choose to pick up own and fitting OR deliver after complexion.

  • Client has to be able to attend fitting date had scheduled earliest.

ALTERATION

All dresses included one-time alteration service only. Send back by walk-in or deliver. If deliver back for alteration, state clear alteration part. Recommended walk in for alteration.

  • Allow 1-2 weeks for basic alterations to be completed for next fitting.

  • Extra periods required for next fitting if changes of design, material or add-on embellishment work.

  • All ordered piece from Charis Ching Designer Studio are Free of Charge of alteration (tight/loss of measurement and length of design only) once. 

  • Additional charge on request for add-on embellishment or longer length by adding material/design of origin piece.

  • Keep the certificate card for any of service in future, such as alteration waived for the same person usage. **

Return Policy

COMPLAINT TERMS

  • Kindly check the receiving products carefully in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. 

  • Report to our customer service team if found that products are damage either visible or hidden during shipping.

  • Contact to our customer service team if receive incorrect product or damage. 

  • Connect with our customer service team if any complaint with order number and the reason of complaint.

RETURN POLICY

  • Purchased item is non-refundable.

  • You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Return reason acceptable on wrong sizes, bad sewing and material spoiled.

  • Returned product must be in unused condition, tag label attached, wore stain, laundry chemical smell - and it's still in same new condition as when the product was/were been received.

  • Return additional shipping may be charged.

  • CHARIS CHING DESIGNER STUDIO does not take responsibility for any item lost or damaged during the return shipping.

  • Exchange item subject to availability of stock. 

Care Instruction

CARE INSTRUCTION

We will give a care instruction card along with the box of dress that you ordered. Firstly, we would suggest all dresses required specific cleaning, suggest dry clean and steam ironing.

  • Charis Ching Designer Studio will only use any personal information provided by the Client for the purpose of providing services, or for informing the Client of the availability of similar services, unless the Client agreed otherwise.

  • The Client can correct any information or ask for information about the Client to be deleted, by giving notice to Charis Ching Designer Studio.
