CUSTOM-MADE

ORDER

Schedule appointment with our team for consultation. Advanced appointment is encouraged.

Door-to-door service is available upon request with extra charge.

DESIGN

An agreement to be signed to secure order without any changes of volume of design, quality of material, color of order piece, embellishment.
NO CHANGES of design after sketch confirmed.
Consultation fee or second design that asks for changes will be applied to total amount of bill.

FITTING

Client have to be able attend fitting date had scheduled earliest.

Alterations (Tight.loss of measurement, length of dress/sleeve/part of design, deepest of neckline) can be done after first fitting.

PAYMENT

A required 50% of total invoice upon confirmation of order.

Final payment 50% balance of total amount can be made by cash only on day of pick up.

CANCELLATION

NO cancellation of order after 50% deposit had made.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges either cash or other terms.

FINAL SERVICES

All ordered piece from Charis Ching Designer Studio are Free of Charge of alteration (tight/loss of measurement and length of design only).

Rental(T&C)

RENTAL

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to placing your order with Charis Ching Designer Studio. Acceptance of your order will be on the understanding that you have read. Fully understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you require further clarification of any details therein, please contact our team via email or call.

Not allowed to wear our garments to sea and jungle area.

PAYMENT/FEE

Payment must be done within 48 hours after confirmation email sent. Order will be secured after completion of payment. Order will only be secured after completion of payment. All order based on first come first serve. Insurance deposit(same amount with rental fee) will be charged according and refund within 3 days after returning the products.

Total amount = Rental fee + Insurance deposit (Same amount with rental fee).

Eg. RM600(Total) = RM300 (Rental Fee) +RM300 (Insurance Deposit)

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Rental service is only available for Malaysian and Singaporean. All products are professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Parcel will dispatch 3 working days before your date by using express courier service.

Cost charges and estimated arrival of parcel as following:

WM - FREE OF CHARGE - 1 day

EM - FREE OF CHARGE - 2 days

Singapore - RM90 - 2 days

Returning to us:

Wrap in the same way we posted to you, put in courier bag, send to courier service centre within 3 working days. Failing to return the product will be charged 10% of rental fee a day from insurance deposit. Customers do not have to clean the products upon returning to us. If done so, Charis Ching Designer Studio reserves the right to charge you any potential lost.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Reason that we accept returns would be size doesn't fit and wrong design was sent, return will only accept if all tags (four tags) on the product is attaching when it returns to us. It considered wore and rental fee is charged if any tag had been removed. Rental fee will refund in credit terms and insurance deposit will transfer to you within 3 working days. There's no refund in cash terms once receipt issued upon completion of payment. No cancellation after payment is confirmed.

LOST/DAMAGE

Checking will be done by our side after returning the product:

Damage caused (1/2 or full insurance deposit deduct or forfeit)

Lost (Insurance deposit will be forfeited)

Damage/Lost when delivering, courier service will take responsibilities.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Charis Ching Designer Studio will process your order within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours if it's without any alteration or amend. Item will be delivered to your doorstep on the next 1-3 working days (Domestic) / 3-10 working days (International).

EM - FREE OF CHARGE - 2 days

International

Singapore - RM90 (500g-1kg)- 2 days ; Extra RM40 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Indonesia - RM90 (500g-1kg)- 2 days ; Extra RM40 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Thailand - RM90 (500g-1kg)- 2 days ; Extra RM40 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Taiwan - RM100 (500g-1kg)- 2 days ; Extra RM50 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Hong Kong - RM100 (500g-1kg)- 2 days ; Extra RM50 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Australia - RM120 (500G-1kg)- 4 days ; Extra RM60 per kg if exceed 1kg.

USA - RM150 (500G-1kg)- 4 days ; Extra RM100 per kg if exceed 1kg.

Estimated time would be 3-10 working days and delay could be subjected to custom clearance.

*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

PAYMENT

Current website is only accept Paypal or bank transfer.

Check out page will link to Paypal to do the payment and bank details attached.

Shopper request to attach bank receipt via email after transaction together with order no.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Reasons that we accept for returns and exchanges as below:

Charis Ching Designer Studio do not return/exchange for SALE/Best Buy/Discounted/Purchase using discount codes item.

Item doesn't fit, quality not up to expectation, don't like the design.

Request to exchange into credit:

Return shipping borne by shopper.

Return same amount of item into credit and valid for 90 days*

Wrong size and color from order, stained, torn,
